Mrs. (Charlotte) Manenschijn designed and lead a successful workshop which not only made the team of about 25 people grow closer but also offered important insights into each individual's strength. Charlotte designed the workshop in a way that was inclusive and challenging at the same time and guided through a packed program with ease.
Additionally, the workshop offered various tools and methods to the team, which where then used in the team's day-to-day operations in order to maintain trust and psychological safety."
